First time interview

To kick off the media side to my blog I decided to interview a fellow media student to begin to get into writing on my blog. I interviewed Olivia Rose Griffiths, an 18 year old girl who previously lived in Goole and now lives in Sheffield at The Forge. This was a big change foir her goin g from living with her family to living alone, in student accomodation, which she states is something that will take time to settle into fully.

Olivia also studies at Sheffield Hallam University, doing Media.

She previously studied Media at Selby College but has chose to come to study and live in Sheffield as her dad previously lived here and loves the feel of the city. She currently works at Morrison’s and enjoys that 10% off and talking to customers.

In her free time Olivia loves watching TV shows such as ‘The 100’ and ‘The Great British Bake off’ as well as TV she loves Youtube watching Youtuber’s such as Dan and Phil. Olivia also listens to Indie music and artists such as ‘The Hunna’ and ‘Circuit Waves’ and recently attended The Kooks concert (“which was epic”) At this point in the interview I began to wrap it up asking “is there anything else you would like to add?” her response was “I just hope I love the media course i’ve chosen, and that you do too.”
